How is coaching different from therapy?

Therapy and other clinical care are provided by appropriately licensed professionals and may involve assessment, diagnosis and treatment of mental-health conditions. Coaching does not. Coaching is a supportive, non-clinical conversation focused on reflection, goals and next steps. Both have value; the right choice depends on what you need.

Is Renewed Hope faith-based?

Yes. Renewed Hope is faith-based, because faith is at the heart of who Jenn is and the foundation from which she serves others. You don’t have to share her faith, or have your faith figured out, to have a place here. Whether you believe, doubt, question, or simply aren’t sure what you believe, you are welcome. Jenn will meet you where you are and respect your beliefs and boundaries.

What happens during the free consultation?

The free 15-minute consultation is a relaxed first conversation. You can talk with Jenn, ask any questions you have about coaching, and together see whether coaching feels like an appropriate fit for you. There is no obligation to book anything afterwards.
